At the end of 2022 we asked all senior secondary students using Edrolo in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria to share feedback on how they use Edrolo, the impact it has on their learning, and what they love or would love to see in our resources. The goal was to start to see to what extent we’re achieving our goal of improving education for all students.

Almost 1500 students across the 3 states responded, and below is a summary of what we heard.

We know it’s near impossible to attribute outcomes (including NAPLAN or ATAR results) to a single teaching resource – it’s quality teaching that has the greatest in-school influence on learning outcomes. So we asked students to state whether they strongly disagree, disagree, slightly disagree, slightly agree or strongly agree (using a 6-point Likert scale) with 7 statements. These were presented in random order to each survey participant.

Many students shared how Edrolo is a supplement to their teacher, and this is certainly evident in the ways students use Edrolo. In the content-packed classes of senior subjects, Edrolo provides the extra revision, practice and consolidation of content that helps students learn and feel confident for their assessments.
